The Tale that Never Ends

Abstract


I compiled 'The Tale that Never Ends' to mark the anniversary of the Communist Manifesto and the revolutions of 1848. The title is from William Morris' poem 'The Pilgrims of Hope'. 'The Tale that Never Ends' draws on ideas and quotes which appear in The Socialist Register 1998, and I reproduced part of Paul Thomas' essay in the script.
